Bluebonnet Portraits

Bluebonnets and other wildflowers bloomed nicely in my area of Texas.  The Hill Country, where people traditionally go to see wildflowers, did not get enough rain at the correct time and did not have a very good show this year.

I haven’t seen very many bluebonnets this year at all – but I moved to a different area and don’t know where they are usually abundant around here.

Some areas got rains at just the right times, but it was too dry in most of their range for big shows of flowers.
